What type of products do you supply? (top)
Heathcoatfabrics-online.com provide you with a wide selection of fabrics
available by the metre or by roll or bale. Unlike many of our peers
we have a very large
holding of stock and are in an excellent position to fulfil your orders
with fast delivery.
How do I pay for my order? (top)
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We use PayPal as our payment
service provider who uses industry standard technology to encrypt
all your personal information including debit and credit card number, name
and address,
to make sure your shopping experience is secure.
If you have a personal PayPal account, you can also use this to pay
for your goods.
How quickly will my order be delivered? (top)
All goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds,
subject to stock availability. If we are out of stock you will be notified
at the earliest opportunity. Please see our delivery information page for
delivery times and services that are currently available.
Do you deliver outside the UK? (top)
Yes we deliver to EC member countries.
Do you send out sample swatches? (top)
We offer a colour swatch of the fabrics available on heathcoatfabrics-online.com and a sample book of our print base range. We make a low charge of £3.00 plus VAT for each swatch book. There is no postage charge for this item.
Can I return the products I ordered? (top)
Fabrics that are ordered and cut to your specification cannot be returned.
Fabrics supplied as whole rolls or bales can be returned if uncut and in original
packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. For further information,

What happens if I cannot buy the quantity I require?
Although our stocks are considerable, it is not possible to hold endless supplies
of all the items available on our store. If you see a message stating your
desired quantity is not in stock, we recommend that you continue with your
purchase as it is normally possible to fulfil most orders in a relatively
short space of time. You will be advised by email of any delay in fulfilling
your order. If for any reason we are unable to complete the order, we will
issue you with a refund.
I have not received a response to my email? (top)
In the event you have not received an email response, please check your spam/junk
folders as you may have your filter settings set too high. Failing that, please
use the contact number on our website.
Is there a minimum order value? (top)
There is a minimum order value of £18.00 plus VAT.
